While most therapy pool products are willing to only offer a one year limited warranty, at Fitmax we stand behind our quality and are proud to offer you a lifetime warranty on our therapy pools. This means that any manufacturer defect in the product will be covered in the warranty within the natural lifetime* of the product. While we work to make our exercise pools as durable as possible, moving parts will wear out and all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements.
The product’s natural lifetime depends on how much it gets used and how well it is cared for rather than how old it is. These pools are not designed to last forever, but we are very proud that we have customers still using our first generation iPools which are over a decade old.
Keep in mind there must be a receipt of purchase to validate the warranty.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

First, there are a few things this warranty does not cover. Fitmax Inc. will not be held responsible for any damaged part(s) or liner as a result of acts of God, nature or some unforeseen occurrence. This includes and means any holes, scratches, and/or fractures made by the weather, fire sources, wizards, pets, or foreign objects are not covered under the warranty.  Fitmax Inc. will not be held responsible for any damage to the liner caused by the owner’s acts, the acts of others and shall have no liability to repair or replace any liner, or part(s) thereof. The Fitmax Promise™ Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care or cleaning and non-standard usage or negligence.
The warranty procedure is such that we may determine the cause and nature of your claim:

Step One:

If a problem occurs with your purchase, send us an e-mail via the contact us form on the webpage with a description of the problem. You should receive an e-mail confirmation from Fitmax confirming receipt of your e-mail within 24 hours of the next business day.

Step Two:

In most cases, you will be instructed to photograph and e-mail photos of the problem. This helps us determine the nature of the problem and provides us with the information we need on how to best help you.

Step Three:

You must have a return authorization given by Fitmax to return the product to us.

Please note we don’t make the heater or filter pumps/hoses that come with our pools, and those come with their own separate one year warranties from the manufacturer.


The Fitmax Promise™ warranty program only covers Fitmax products that legitimately fail due to a manufacture defect. This warranty covers only a “Fitmax” component. All other components, parts and/or accessories that were part of your purchase may have their own warranty provided by their manufacturer. Any part repaired or replaced and returned to you shall be removed and installed (or reinstalled) at owner’s expense. Under no condition will Fitmax Inc. be responsible for labor charges, cost of loss of water or chemical or any other related damages that may have occurred. At no time will Fitmax Inc. be responsible for any damaged liner, or part(s) so damaged. We reserve the right to modify/discontinue without notice any model, style, color or design. We also reserve the right to void your warranty if your pool is not level or uneven. This is a bad idea in general so please make sure your floor is even before installing the pool. If after assessment, Fitmax Inc determines your therapy pool has exceeded its lifetime and deems the returned product ineligible for warranty repair or replacement, we will contact you to discuss available options we may have for you.

Absolutely no other warranty will be honored, expressed, implied or noted on the Bill of Sale, other than what is written in this warranty. Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold representatives from and against all liability, demands, claims, suits, causes of action, proceedings, costs, losses, damages, recoveries, settlements, assessments, fines, penalties, and expenses (including interest, attorney fees, accounting fees, expert fees) incurred by customer, known or unknown, contingent or otherwise, directly or indirectly, arising from, related to, and/or connected with customer’s purchase of the product(s) described on the purchase order, invoice, or other document attached hereto. Customer expressly waives any right of subrogation to any right that the maker, Fitmax Inc, now has or may have later in connection with the product(s) described on the purchase order, invoice, or other document attached hereto.*[/vc_column_text]

What the Warranty Covers

A manufacturing defect exists only if the product departs from its intended design. Defective materials or workmanship are covered by the Fitmax Promise™ Lifetime Guarantee for the natural lifetime of the pool.
The warranty covers issues such as any tears or holes in the liner upon arrival; the liner does not fit the piping in the correct place; the liner seams tear or part from the liner and/or the piping arrives bent or deformed.

Timeline for Reporting Problems

Purchase through Year One: Zero cost to the customer if deemed a Manufacturer’s Defect. This does not include taxes and shipping.

Year Two and Three – 40% of Retail List Price* at the time of replacement (Taxes Extra)

Year Four and After – 75% of Retail List Price* at the time of replacement (Taxes Extra)

*Lifetime is defined as the natural life span of the pool components such as the liner fabric or harness and not the natural life span of a human being
*“Retail List Price” is the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of the replacement product being offered as placement for the item being replaced under the terms of this warranty.
*Customer responsible for shipping cost when returning item for warranty work.

Return and Exchange Policy

Fitmax Inc will accept any returns of the pool in new, unopened/unused sealed condition within 10 days after the purchase date but you must contact us with a receipt to receive a refund minus shipping and restocking fees. Complete merchandise must be received in good condition for refund. Additional fees for damaged merchandise received may apply. Discontinued models may be eligible for replacement. All warranty work performed is final.
